Information for Owners Who Rent

Serene Townhomes welcomes homeowners who choose to make their homes available for long-term rental, subject to the community’s requirements.

The Declaration provides that homes may be leased for single-family residential use, with a minimum lease term of six months.

Short-term vacation or transient rentals are not permitted.

Before Renting Your Home

Owners planning to rent should:

  1. Review the Association’s current rental requirements.
  2. Complete the Association’s rental registration process.
  3. Provide required tenant/occupant information.
  4. Make sure the lease complies with the community’s requirements.
  5. Provide tenants with applicable community rules.

Owners remain responsible for compliance with Association requirements, including requirements relating to tenants.
