About Serene Townhomes
Serene Townhomes is a residential planned community located in Clarksville, Tennessee.
The community is being developed in phases and is planned to include 56 townhomes. The Association’s private street is Peaceful Place.
Located three miles south of the city limits, residents are conveniently close to the city and our property is subject to county tax only.
Serene was designed with an emphasis on comfortable, low-maintenance living, giving homeowners the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of owning a townhome while sharing responsibility for the care of the community’s common areas and amenities.
The Association and the Developer are separate entities. Serene Townhomes, LLC is the developer of the community, while Serene Townhomes Association, Inc. is the homeowners association responsible for the ongoing administration and operation of the community.
What the Association Does
Serene Townhomes Association, Inc. manages the shared aspects of the community on behalf of its homeowners.
This includes overseeing:
- Common areas
- Community infrastructure
- Community landscaping and lawn care
- Association insurance
- Contracting and coordination with service providers
- Budgeting and reserves
- Association policies and rules
- Coordination with management companies
The Association’s Board of Directors oversees the business of the Association and works to maintain the community and protect the collective interests of its homeowners.
